Extreme Fun & Fit Boot Camp Members Only Hike & Circuit
Mac Cassity, of Extreme Fun & Fit Boot Camp, held a members-only hike and circuit training session at Alpha Ridge Community Park. Twenty members showed up to enjoy the beautiful spring weather, but more importantly, to get their butts kicked by Mac. And boy was it a butt kicking. Between the intense hike going straight uphill to straight downhill, Mac created a training course consisting of squats, shoulder presses using fallen trees, running and balancing on larger fallen trees, russian soldiers, and much more. By the end, everyone was exhausted, sweaty, and ready for a nice cold beverage.
