I first met Tamara in our FemCity group and she had expressed interest in doing a Sugar Sand Park Family Session. She not only wanted updated family photos, but even more importantly, she wanted it as a gift for her and her husband’s 10-year wedding anniversary. What a great way to celebrate!

It’s never easy to pinpoint a location for a special session. However, the first question I always ask is “what kind of backdrop do you see your family in?” Options include: beach, garden, forest, field, city, etc.
For this family, the Aristy family wanted a lot of greenery.
Then comes the next question: is there any place in particular that you love or means something to you?
Their love and often visit Sugar Sand Park in Boca Raton. And we couldn’t have picked a better day for their Sugar Sand Park family session!
Family sessions can be nerve-wracking and stressful.
“What to wear?”
“Is everyone ready?”
“Did we forget anything?”
And so on and so forth.
But I don’t think the Aristy family had any issues. Or if they did, I had no idea. They arrived early and in great spirits!
When I asked the girls if they were ready and excited to have their picture taken, they both grinned and said “YES!” I loved the enthusiasm!
And so our beautiful and fun Sugar Sand Park family session began …
Could the lighting BE any more perfect? The proud parents of two adorable young ladies. The two models were so wonderful to work with! Not only were they photogenic, they were helpful as well. They helped me with posing and making sure their mom and dad were all smiles. Aren’t these two just beautiful?!Of course, we also had to have a little husband-and-wife mini session. I love how sweet and goofy they are together:10 years have never looked so good!So a little back story behind these next two pictures. Dad is their baseball coach so the two young ladies spent some time practicing their pitching. Look at their impressive forms!Because who doesn’t love a fun jumping shot?!What dads are best for: climbing on and jumping with!Such sweet and tender moments between the ladies:A good compromise for the family: have fun and smile lots for the camera. In exchange, they were all to be treated to a tasty dinner.
Now for the million dollar question: who wants Shake Shack?!By the smile on the kids’ faces, I believe they do!
